Ingredients
- 1 ds Of dark soy sauce
- 1/2 To 1 tsp salt
- 3 c Water
- 1 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 Bay leaf
- -ginger root
- 1 ts To 2 ts freshly-grated
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1 tb Honey
- 1 c Peanut butter
- 2 md Cloves crushed garlic
- 1 c Chopped onion

Directions
Menge: 6 Portionen
In a saucepan, cook the onions, garlic, bay leaf and ginger in a little butter. When onion becomes translucent add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Simmer on lowest possible heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
