TOSS MIXTURE WITH PASTA AND PARMESAN CHEESE. TO SERVE TRANSFER TO SERVING PLATTER AND TOP WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE; GARNISH WITH STRIPS OF LEMON PEEL. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
