DAK S CORN-CHEDDAR CHEESE-OAT BRAN BREAD (BREAD MACHINE)

- 3/4 c Plus 2 tb warm water
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese
- (or equivalent)
- 2 tb Bac-Os Bacon Flavored bits
- Onions
- 1/2 c Durkee Canned French Fried
- 3/4 c Creamed corn, warmed
- 2 tb Honey
- 2 tb Oil
- 1 ts Salt
- 3 tb Gluten
- 1/2 c Yellow corn meal
- 1/2 c Oat bran
- 1 c Better for Bread flour
- 1 c Whole wheat flour
- 1 pk Yeast

Directions
Yield: 12 Portionen
Set machines browning control to light. Put all ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
