Ingredients
- Icing sugar
- Milk and water mixed
- Salt
- 2 oz Brown sugar
- 4 oz Currants
- 8 oz Butter
- 1 lb Plain flour

Directions
Yield: 1 Portionen
Rub the butter into the flour, add the currants, sugar and salt. Mix in enough milk and water to make a slack dough. Roll out to 1/2" thick, cut into rounds and dust with icing sugar. Put on a greased baking tray and bake in a moderately hot oven until lightly browned.
